Physical movement, strength work, mobility training, flow practice, and breathwork carry inherent risks, including the risk of injury. By choosing to participate — whether in person or by following our content online and unsupervised — you do so voluntarily and at your own risk, and you accept full responsibility for your own safety and wellbeing.You are responsible for exercising within your own limits, working in a safe and appropriate environment, using suitable equipment, and stopping immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, discomfort, or unwellness of any kind.

Online and follow-along content

Our online and recorded sessions are not personalised to you and are followed without live supervision. We cannot see you, correct your form, or assess your individual needs. Modify, progress, or skip any movement as needed for your own body, and never push beyond what feels safe for you.

No guarantee of results

Movement and wellbeing outcomes vary from person to person. We make no guarantee of specific results, including improvements in strength, mobility, flexibility, pain, or any health outcome. Individual progress depends on many factors outside our control.

Breathwork and mindfulness

Breathwork and mindfulness practices may not be suitable for everyone, including (but not limited to) people with cardiovascular conditions, respiratory conditions, epilepsy, or who are pregnant. Please practise gently, never force the breath, and consult a healthcare professional if you are unsure whether these practices are appropriate for you.
